As such, please note the following:

Natural variations in lettering, brush texture, spacing, and composition are inherent in handmade work and reflect the character of artisan design

Slight imperfections may occur and are not considered defects, but rather a feature of hand-created art

No two banners are exactly alike, even when following similar wording or color guidance

Creative Freedom Option:

If you select the Creative Freedom option at checkout, we will interpret your requested wording, theme, and color palette using our creative discretion. By choosing this option, you agree to entrust the final design decisions to the artist’s expertise. No preview or revision will be provided.

Digital Preview Add-On:

If you prefer to see a digital rendering of your banner design before it is painted, you may add the Digital Preview Add-On for $15. This includes one emailed mockup and the opportunity to request one round of minor changes before final production.
All banners are painted by hand and require drying, finishing, and careful packaging before shipment.

To ensure your banner arrives on time and in perfect condition, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks prior to the date you need it in hand, not the date of your event.

Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may be affected by carrier delays
